摘要：本文對我國“統一的堅強智能電網”的最后一公里問題進行了綜述。經過國內制造廠、研究院所的努力研發，費控電能表終于穩定量產，基本解決了“智能電網”的這個問題。

Abstract: This paper reviews the last kilometer of the "unified strong smart grid" in China.
